welcome to rara

Welcome to the home of RARA, the Ridley Avenue Residents Association and Neighbourhood Watch based in West Ealing, London.

RARA was set up in 2003, first and foremost as a Neighbourhood Watch group to provide residents with the latest crime statistics, pass on crime prevention information and to provide a link between the Metropolitan Police and the local community.

In addition, RARA aims to provide a forum for Ridley Avenue residents to get to know each other, to resolve local issues that affect residents and to act as a facilitator where issues fall outside the RARA remit.

If you would like more information about RARA, you can email us at info@rara.org.uk.

tip of the month

Most people will wonder what distraction burglary is. It is gaining access to premises by pretending to be someone else and then stealing. The easiest way to explain it is to call the criminals who commit this callous offence "Bogus Callers".
